What do we do here?
Construction is the field where the group embarked on its journey and continues to compete strongly today. Our work is centered around large mixed-use projects in Istanbul — residences and five-star hotels located in one of the city's most advantageous plots of land in terms of transportation, just minutes away from the airport.
The Prime Istanbul project has established 488 residential apartments on a 250,000 sq. m. area along the Basın Ekspres route. Two hotels rising right next to it have opened 780 five-star rooms under the international Accor brand.
Beyond Istanbul, this unit carries out the group's overseas construction investments, including projects in Djibouti, Senegal, and Uzbekistan — an extension of the turnkey model developed by building across borders for over five to ten years.
