Saraylı Grup was established in Istanbul in 1970 and grew in the fields of construction, infrastructure, and tourism.
Our Story
A family group growing with patience and quality.
Saraylı Grup was founded in Istanbul in 1970 and grew on two main pillars: construction and tourism; over time, it incorporated infrastructure and road works that supported both.
The group grew at a pace that only true quality allows — choosing projects that surpass, not merely fill, the day. From residences and hotels in Istanbul to commitment jobs in Europe, Africa, and Central Asia, it continues to work with the same measure today.

Turning points shaping the Saraylı Grup’u: from its establishment in Istanbul in 1970 to a group operating on three continents.
A petroleum company in Istanbul
The group's first company, Saraylı Petrol, was established as an international oil and trading venture in Istanbul.
Ersa and the shift to construction
Ersa İnşaat was founded; the group has moved into the turnkey engineering, procurement and construction business, which remains its core focus to this day.
Expansion to Russia and CIS
Turnkey projects have reached the Russian Federation and the newly opened BDT markets.
Middle East and North Africa
The work expanded from buildings to large infrastructure projects, spreading to the MENA region.
Two hotels at the doorstep of Istanbul
The Group opened and began operating two hotels (a total of 780 rooms) in Sefaköy; right next to them, the Prime Istanbul residences rose.
